Daily Movement: Twice-daily Pilates sessions with Jenna tailored for everybody — from beginner to regular practitioner.
Nourishment: Healthy, chef-prepared meals by our dedicated private chef, designed to fuel you and make you feel good from the inside out.
Activities & Connection: Guided walks in the surrounding countryside, vision board making, indoor pool time, and opportunities to relax, reflect and connect with like-minded women.
Whether you come solo or with a friend, this weekend is your space to slow down, move with intention and return home feeling grounded and refreshed.
Over three cosy autumn days in the heart of the Peak District, you’ll be guided through daily movement practices with Jenna. From energising morning Pilates and sculpt sessions to countryside walks, wholesome shared meals and slow, candlelit evenings, every moment is designed to ground you, strengthen you and restore you.
Wake up to rolling hill views, sip your morning coffee, journal in quiet corners of the house, take a dip in the indoor pool, or gather around the table for nourishing, chef-prepared meals made to fuel you from the inside out. Whether you're craving space to think, time to move with intention, or simply a weekend away with like-minded women, this retreat offers the perfect balance of structure and softness within a warm, supportive community.

tHE Details
Book your countryside reset in a luxury Peak District home; choose from shared double rooms or dorm-style single beds. Each room is unique, but the comfort, style and quality are consistent throughout the property.
Double Shared Room (Sleeps Two) — £575 per person
Single Bed (Dorm-Style Room) — £425 per person
Booking opens March 1st, 2025
Reserve your space with a £300 deposit for the double shared room and a £200 deposit for the Single Bed (Dorm-Style Room),
Payment Plan Schedule:
• Deposit – due at booking
• The remaining balance will be collected at the end of August.

Deposits are non-refundable.

How to Reserve Your Space
To secure your place, please complete the booking form with your details. Once submitted, a deposit payment link will be emailed to you.
Your non-refundable deposit must be paid within one hour of receiving the payment link to confirm your reservation.
If the deposit is not paid within this time frame, your space will be released.
Final balance details and payment deadlines will be shared upon confirmation.

Can You Cater for Dietary Requirements?
Yes! We’ll gather dietary info in advance and do our best to accommodate. Please note that while care is taken, food is prepared in a kitchen that handles all allergens.
Is this retreat suitable for beginners?
Yes. All Pilates sessions are adaptable with modifications and progressions, making them suitable for all levels.
Do I have to take part in every session?
Absolutely not. This retreat is about you. Join in as much or as little as you feel — each session is adaptable to your energy levels and needs. Listen to your body and honour your pace..
Can I Meet Other Guests Before the Retreat?
Yes! A private WhatsApp group will be created ahead of the retreat so you can connect, ask questions, and get excited together.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many guests attend solo. The retreat is designed to create connection in a warm and welcoming environment.
How many spaces are available?
This intimate retreat is open to just 26 women — ensuring a close-knit, supportive atmosphere.
